This service is intended to offer an accessible framework for designing, building and managing your own Squarespace website through a combination of educational resources, self-led exercises, and informed mentorship.

Each session begins with a pre-recorded Intro Video, outlines weekly homework and closes with the 2hr live Consultation Session (unless otherwise noted).

Session One —

Web Strategy

  • Online strategy questionnaire and visual research (website goals, messaging, information, competition, user experience, community analysis, structure & creative direction).

  • 2 hour live video consultation session to discuss your web strategy buildout.

  • Summaries: Goals, Messaging, Community Analysis
    Moodboard: Creative Direction
    Outlines: Navigation, Sitemap + Structure

    *Client is responsible for completing template buildout.

Session Two —

Web Design

  • Templated worksheet with strategic page-by-page copywriting prompts, including SEO guidelines and page goal prompts.

  • Instructions to prepare SEO-friendly web media via file-naming and web optimization techniques.

  • A pre-selected guide for choosing the right template for your business organized by website function and aesthetic (includes Free + Paid templates).

Session Three —

Web Build

  • Implementation of your chosen colors, typography and sizing and creation of a hidden Brand Key reference page.

  • An itemized, annotated checklist for an intuitive buildout of your website.

  • Actionable suggestions via video walkthrough for a responsive, strategic and branded site build.

Session Four —

Web Handoff

  • Setup guidelines and checklist for your account, domain, SEO + general site setup.

  • Creation of your site’s navigation, pages (appropriate page type, URL, + SEO description setup), and web footer content.

  • Implementation of your chosen colors, typography and sizing and creation of a hidden Brand Key reference page.

Session Four —

Web Handoff

  • Account, domain + SEO setup for your website in additional to a general site setup checklist.
